#16: Nashville, Tennessee
Nashville has become a major tourist magnet for country music fans, food lovers, and weekend groups. Between the honky-tonks on Broadway, live music venues, museums, murals, restaurants, and Southern charm, it sounds like an easy city for a fun, music-filled getaway.

The issue is that downtown Nashville can feel overrun by party tourism. Bachelor and bachelorette groups, pedal taverns, loud bars, high hotel prices, and crowded sidewalks can overwhelm visitors who came for music history. For a more relaxed Tennessee trip, Memphis or Chattanooga may be better alternatives.
