#30: Sweet Breakfast Crepes
Thin crepes may look lighter than thick pancakes, but sweet breakfast versions are often filled with chocolate spread, sweetened cream cheese, sugary fruit sauce, or whipped cream. Several crepes can easily become a rich dessert served in the morning.

Refined flour and sugary fillings provide little fiber and may cause blood sugar to rise quickly. Fill a whole-grain crepe with plain yogurt and fresh fruit instead. Nut butter, cinnamon, or chopped nuts can add flavor without relying on heavy sauces.
