#37: Packaged Mini Muffins
Mini muffins appear easier to control than full-sized bakery muffins. Their small size, however, can encourage people to eat several at once, and the individual pieces are often made with the same sugary ingredients found in larger versions.

Packaged mini muffins are typically low in fiber and protein but high in refined flour, added sugar, and oils. They may leave you hungry again soon after breakfast. Try a homemade oat muffin, whole-grain toast, or fruit with nuts for a more satisfying option.
